We make every effort to get your package to your quickly! We customarily ship out of our warehouse the same day that we receive your order. Please allow longer shipping times for special colors and/or sizes.

Normally orders will be shipped via UPS. Please provide a street address and phone number with your order. You may also choose 2nd Day Air Service on in-stock items (Only available on phone orders so that we can confirm product availability). All shipments are overseen by one of our licensed veterinarians. We package and ship your order with the utmost care, ensuring that you receive your products in good condition. Returns not accepted otherwise.

We maintain the highest quality control over our products; you can be assured that the merchadise you receive is fresh from the factory via our warehouse. Once you receive your shipment, however, we have no control over the product storage, packaging of return shipments, or tampering by a third party either by accident or intent. How To Figure Shipping Costs
Each order requires a basic shipping and handling charge of $4.00.
Certain products require additional freight charges. These products are identified by their FOB weights listed just preceding product price. Shipping costs are determined by the distance you are from Fort Collins, Colorado. To calculate the additional FOB shipping charge:

1. Total the FOB weights for all FOB items you are ordering. If you are ordering more than one of any product, remember to multiply the FOB weight accordingly.
2. Find the shipping zone for your state from the chart to determine your FOB zone rate.
3. Multiply your zone rate (15¢, 25¢, 35¢ or 40¢ per pound) by your total FOB weight. This is your FOB shipping charge.

C.O.D. deliveries require a $4.00 fee in addition to $4.75 shipping and handling, plus any FOB shipping costs.
